4th of July items

New America items due to arrive in USA Disney Stores around May 2nd.  Some stores may have items earlier.  Due out is Eeyore mbbp with a firecracker on his back and it lights up.  There is also a Minnie with a pinwheel and the pinwheel has lights.  There is a Mickey and a Pooh in "Uncle Sam" hats.  They sit in the hats. 

There are also large plush - Mickey, Minnie, Eeyore and Pooh so far.   USA Disney Store also expect to get dishes, chip n dip and other patriotic items.    A lot of these items will be in the next catalog also.

Pictured here is every Eeyore released in the Birthstone Set.  There is not much variance on the Birthstone Eeyore's except the accent color for his tie, cumber bund, and tail bow.  Each Eeyore has a pillow with the Month embroidered and a round Birthstone.

Update : Here is another look at Birthstone Eeyore Mbbp.  I know you can get him from DL but have not heard if he is available from WDW.   When we introduced him a week ago we had only one month to show.  Iris just emailed pictures of March, October and December.  Each Eeyore is holding a pillow has a round birthstone and the Month embroidered on the front.  Eeyore's clothes are accented in each month's color.  He has matching necktie and bow on his tail.  They retail for $9.00 each

2004 Japan Honey Birthday Pooh, Piglet & Roo has just arrived in Japan Disney Stores.  He is a larger than normal mbbp.  He is about 8" Lbbp and retails for 2940yen.

Another Look at '2004 Figment'

SKU # for 2004 Figment bean bag 122-76323.

Update : Figment 2004 was in news a month or so ago.  He was released at Walt Disney World Epcot  inside the attraction "Journey Into The Imagination".  

This is a little more detailed picture/information on him.    He is adorned in a Epcot decaled shirt. Across the shirt front is the Spaceship Earth with Mission Space Mickey, China Minnie and Mexican Donald.  He holds a Mickey head Ice Cream pop in his right hand and a yellow WDW Gift bag in his left hand.   Figment stands 8" HIGH to the top of his Epcot baseball cap on which is presented the Spaceship Earth. He also a silver Epcot Figment-head medallion inserted into his left foot on which is engraved "EPCOT 2004"

 Wedding Plush Mickey and Minnie.  They retail for 9240 yen each.  The come in a clear box.  Wedding Mickey and Minnie dangles which retail for 714 yen each.  They came to here to celebrate  Mickey and Minne's wedding , baby Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Donald mbbp which retail for 1260 yen each.

Pictured here are some items from the Flower & Garden Show at Epcot.  This year there was only one mbbp to be found.  There were lots of other items to include terra cotta pots with the Logo on them, tee shirts, wind chimes, bird houses and garden stones. 

Mickey has a red shirt and blue jeans with an apron which reads, "Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, 2004". He has a gardening hat with a red band and he is holding a rake. He also has a silver flower shaped button which reads," Epcot Flower and Garden, 2004.

Limited edition pins. One features Chip and Dale with a tomato plant and the tomatoes are 3-dimensional. The other pin features Mickey in his gardening gear and Pluto.

Themed Flower and Garden Baseball style caps and straw hats with the usual mouse ears attached.

Disney Auctions and Harmony Kingdom newest release is "A Lovely Dress for Cinderelly".   This piece is only available from Disney auctions.    Limited edition of 500.  Disney Auctions will auction it off on ebay in two auctions of 250 pieces each will take place from April 12 - 22, 2004, and from April 26 - May 6, 2004.

Mickey Mouse Blast to the Past Mini Bean Bag Plush is a limited edition of 500.  This beanie is only available to those who attend the 'Blast To The Past Event' being held at Disneyland, May 16-18, 2004. This beanie features Mickey wearing his collegiate best, and waving his spirit pennant, as he cheers on his Medfield teammates.

The 2004 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is due back for its eleventh season.  This year’s event is hosted by Home Depot and is scheduled to begin on April 16 and end on June 6, 2004.  It will feature 300 acres of breathtaking landscapes, colorful blooms, workshops and entertainment, this popular event is open to guests as part of their regular park admission.  In the past years there has always been a Mickey and Minnie bean bag released for this event.   If anyone has any pictures or information of items that will be available during this event please email me at creations@lookoutcomputer.net

Mini Globes

There are six new Mini Globes that have been released in the UK.   They are from the Garden Range of items.   They have great detail.  Tigger is in his wheel barrow, Eeyore is in a watering an.  Rabbits is growing peas and beans.  Piglet is growing strawberries.  Pooh is with his apples.  Kanga & Roo are sitting on a berry bush.  They are approx. 2.5inches tall and 1.75 in diameter.  As with the frames they come in their own box.

Shown here is Sweet Shop Eeyore plush,  Sugar Bowl Tigger, Eeyore with surf board, and Mickey mbbp. You will notice that the difference in the size of the items in very small.  Surf Board Eeyore is a bit bigger.  Ice Cream Shop Eeyore is as tall as Surf Board Eeyore. The Teapot characters are the exact same size as those coming in the Ice Cream Shop plush.  

Pictured here is new Plush that can be found at USA Disney Stores.  There is Mickey, Minnie, Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet and Roo.  They are sitting in shimmery dessert bowls with three scoops of ice cream.  Each scoop has sprinkles.  They are adorned with cherries and sprinkles.  Tigger is especially funny as his cherry is on his tail (see picture below).  Each character is attached by a string and can be removed from its setting.  All the characters have red and white striped shirts and they are wearing white hats.  Very similar to outfits you would expect to see in an old time ice cream Shoppe.  They retail for $12.50 each.

I would also like to clarify to collectors that the sport beans reported from WDW are the Large LBBP bean variety not the normal mbbp mini bean bag. This applies to Karate Mickey, Volleyball Goofy, Umpire Donald, Racing Mickey and Basketball Goofy. Most of the sports figures are the larger beanbags.

Graduation Pooh and Mickey have just started to arrive in Disneyland.  This year's motto is 'Out the Door in 2004"  Both mbbp have this saying on their shirts and graduation hats!   There is a metal button that is in a shape of a graduation cap on their foot.  The button reads graduation 2004.  The graduation beanies retail for $9.00 The white robes on the gown say Disneyland resort.  Inside of his gown says 2004 as well as his shorts.

USA Disney Stores have several new Figure Globes.  Pictured here is Dumbo taking a bath and his mom is looking after him.  Tigger catching Butterflies with Eeyore, inside and around the globe are flowers.  Piglet sitting in a pile of flowers with Pooh looking at him.  Globes retail for $16.50 each.

Not a Figure globe but a reg. mini globe I did notice a new Home on the Range Mini Globe.

Color Power Series is a strange series.  It has to do with the power of the color.
Every Month Pooh will appear in a different costume that it was based on the color every month. The color of March is yellow-green.

2004 Japan Viva Carnival Plush Mickey. Minnie, Chip, Dale, Donald and Daisy have just been released from Japan Disney stores. 

Japan Disney Stores are bringing out new items to celebrate under 'Viva Carnival'.  Chip and Dale retail for 1200 yen each.   The rest of the characters retail for 1500yen each.  These are small Plush items.  I am told that they are only a little bit larger than mbbp.
