| January 31, 2000 Note: Everyone has been really concerned that the new sets won't be coming to the USA. There has been no confirmation as to which ones will be released in the USA, UK or Japan. As always we see a bean or two available here and not else where. This will most likely be the case again here. As I find out which ones will be released in only the UK or Japan or the USA I will post it to my page. Today we know that Japan will get only three of the four shown in Butterfly set. _________________________ New Paris Disneyland bean bags
Disney-Square tells me that Goofy and Daisy are two that will be added to the set. They were not pictured below but I will post pictures when they are available! Butterfly set They are now listed on the Japan site. Release date Feb 10th. Also notice the date on the foot. It is adorable. For Valentines Day we have hearts for the "0" in 2000. On these sets we see the addition of a butterfly by the date.
My prediction is that on the new sets But just like in the Valentine sets we will see some of the characters show up in Japan and Europe but not all of them. Thus you will notice Eeyore is not pictured at the Japan site.

Royalty has arrived! After the long wait we get to finally see what they look like. They will be released next Friday in Europe/UK. Baloo tells me that they are like proper teddy bear fabric, pooh has brown glass eyes felt eyebrows and hard nose, piglet has embroidered facial features. Now the question I pose for anyone that knows. Does items available in Hong Kong ever come to any other location? ie Duty free store in Hawaii? I am told he is Exclusive to Europe/UK..........Mickey USA a new line of Apparel items on Sale in Disney stores. What better to go with this set of clothing... a BEAN BAG! Firefly Pooh two versions so far! A quick note about Firefly pooh. Japan will be releasing their pooh on Jan. 29th. I am curious to see if it will resemble the USA version that lights up or the UK version that does not light up. Also the UK version has an extra hang tag that says "Be My Valentine" Of course we could be surprised on the Japan version and get something else done to him :o) Now that would make it very interesting in variations. Also it seems that only Valentine Bean not showing up in showing up in Japan and Europe is Eeorye. _________________ Millennium Pins will be removed from the DS on Jan 24 and will be transferred to the Parks. January 8, 2000 Cast Member confirmed that Birthstone Minnie will be a monthly Bean Bag. She will look different every month and will be wearing the current month Birthstone! Current price for her is $8 even though it looks as if she is loaded in the Disney store online for $6. I suspect this was in error. ________________________ Disney Store Online has two special's running. The first special gives you 15% discount. Or you can choose to get a special pin. The unfortunate part is that you can not get both specials. ________________________ Baloo told me that the UK got Firefly pooh and from what she can tell the tail did not light up. Anyone else seen the UK version let me know what you found to be true on this. So from what I can tell the UK will be getting Firefly pooh, piglet and heart tail Tigger and card pooh and then Millennium Pooh. A lot of people are thinking it will be the same as our Firefly pooh. Just the other day we saw these arrive there.
